💖 Why It Matters To Me: As a mixed-raced Latina professional and a daughter of an immigrant, I have faced the challenges of being excluded by not being invited to the table, being talked over during meetings, or suggestions considered only after someone else repeated it, I am deeply committed to dismantling barriers. My commitment and passion stem from the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive and be included and that diverse perspectives fuel innovation, foster creativity, and ultimately lead to more resilient and successful businesses.
